It's kind of been too cold lately for ice cream, but I'm one of those people who eats ice cream in the winter, and hot chocolate in the summer.
So, I've made up two really fun ice cream flavours that are ridiculously easy to make! If we're being technical, I didn't make the ice cream- I bought chocolate and vanilla ice cream, and added stuff to it.
But seriously, these ice creams are amazing.
So you should make some.
It's really good, pinky promise.
Recipe for Turkish delight:
Alternatively to making this yourself, you could buy a Cadbury's Turkish Delight bar and chop it up.
Method: (recipes for cookie dough & brownie are below)
Long story short, these ice creams taste a.m.a.z.i.n.g. and they're super fun to make. Even if they aren't exactly healthy (oops).
And the best bit about this blog post? It doubles as homework! We're currently doing non fiction in my creative writing class, so I did a blog post. Of course. (I'm so predictable.)
