Hey ho- I can't believe it's been over a month! We're coming up to the end of semester 1, so there's been a lot of sacs and things to do for school, so I'm feeling a little out of things blog-wise. Not too long until the holidays though, so I'm excited about that - also super excited to get back into YouTube because ur gal has been seriously neglecting her camera. Whoops.
When Tobi asked me to pick out a few things to style, I was so, so excited about this skirt. It's so different to anything I've ever seen before and I. Am. Living.
I have been loving maxi skirts recently, and this graphite coloured one with a strappy back is going to become a firm favourite I think. I'm definitely excited about keeping things really monochromatic, like with this black top and my Superstars, or going all white with a white tee and my chunky white heels.
Also - can I just say how excited I am about these kicks, because I have been waiting to get a pair of Superstars for ages and I love 'em. My babies.
Well, I better get on with this legal practice sac because I promised my teacher I'd have it to her by tomorrow and I'm sort of regretting it. Like girl, why would you set a deadline if there wasn't one in the first place???
Hoping you all have a good night (not filled with ten mark question about precedents, because that's how yours truly will be spending it).
Disclaimer: This piece was sent to me by Tobi , however all opinions are my own.

Like a lot of people, I'd love to be at Coachella right now. Whilst it's weekend two and a ton of people are in the desert living it up, I'm snowed under a pile of maths chapters and business management notes. Loving life rnnnn :')
If I can't be in the desert, I'm at least going to talk about what everyone who was there wore. Music festival style is my favourite, and the two weekends of the year where social media feeds blow up with snaps of people's outfits in front of the ferris wheel? I live for that.

Lorde you total babe, these pants. So good. Will always fall in love with a pair of culottes and these are shimmery?? I can't get enough of them?
I've always liked Lorde but her new music and what she's been wearing lately and just everything she's doing at the moment is killing it. So much love for her.

This custom denim jacket that Chiara wore on day three is so fun - it even has the iconic ferris wheel!! I really love the classic white lace mini dress and denim jacket, with all the little festival touches- the customised jacket, the fluffy pom pom on her bag, and the little rhinestones above her eyebrows which we saw so much of this year at Coachella.

Bit hard to miss Kylie's tennis ball coloured hair. It's super bright, but I suppose it is Coachella and she is Kylie Jenner, so she got away with it. Not my fave thing she's done with her hair though, if I'm being honest.
But am definitely loving the strappy back on her dress!

I loved Clevver's coverage of Coachella this year, and I've watched their music video at least thirty times (do yourself a favour and give it a watch here if you haven't yet!). I loved all their outfits this year, especially this little White Fox Boutique floral number Erin wore.
Vanessa Hudgens, queen of Coachella fashion, graced us again this year with so many fire outfits. Enough said.

Paris Hilton did the most with this entirely too colourful drop neck maxi dress that works so well. I honestly love this even though I usually dislike really colourful outfits. Maybe it's the fairy wings?

Love love love this floral shirt with thigh-highs that Hailee Steinfeld wore! The shirt having the florals on only half of it keeps it from being too much, and I love that lipstick with the outfit.
Whose festival outfit did you love this year?
Here's to hoping one day we'll all make it to the desert.
I hope everyone has had a good Easter weekend! I have been eating an unecessary amount of chocolate and hot cross buns - bliss. By the way, apple and cinnamon hot cross buns - get on them. Better than fruit or chocolate ones. You heard it here first.
I'm sure we're all aware but I'll point out that one of my favourite ways to celebrate a holiday is with Lush's limited edition products. And I wonder why I'm broke??
This Easter, their stuff has been amazing. Really Lush, you've outdone yourselves. Thought I'd post a few pics because I am in love!
This wondrous thing the Bunch of Carrots bubble bar. And how cute is it, hey? It smells so good - it's been sitting next to my bed the last few days and I keep catching the scent of citrus and bergamot - so yummy. Want to eat them. Trying to convince self not to.
Golden egg is the type of bath bomb you are in love with, or you absolutely hate. It's covered in glitter- sparkles are absolutely packed on, and it demands to make a mess and leave glitter everywhere. Personally I don't see a problem with having glitter everywhere, but I can see how some would. This is so so moisturising because of the amount of cocoa butter in it. If you don't mind lots of glitter, this is one you have to experience at least once, believe me.
Sooo, what else can I say? School goes back tomorrow. Kind of looking forward to getting back into things- the sooner we get through year 12, the sooner we can be done with it. We've started to organise what we're doing for schoolies (where you go somewhere with your mates and celebrate the end of school, for non-aussies). Instead of doing the Queensland partying thing which is what most people do, and looks like a lot of fun, not going to lie, a group of friends and I have decided to spend the three weeks after exams backpacking around New Zealand! I'm so excited to be able to take my friends around my home country. I can't wait.
Well, enough already. I've got an essay due tomorrow morning and and need to finish it. But if you wanna distract me (please do), tweet me and tell me something you did this weekend, or like send me a photo of your dog. Anything but this awful structure essay.
